CE-DP1000V1
The Coffee Electronics active differential probe offers a 1 GHz bandwidth and is designed for high-precision differential signal measurements in high-speed, mixed-signal, and RF circuits. Its active input stage provides high impedance and excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR), minimizing circuit loading and preserving signal integrity. The active differential probe is powered via its USB interface.
The probe connects natively to the eLABin1™ instrument series and is also compatible with any instrument that has SMA inputs (e.g., oscilloscopes, analyzers, or signal generators).
