Coffee Electronics at IEEE Colombia’s Academic Flagship Events

From August 27 to 29, 2025, Coffee Electronics took an active role in three major events jointly organized by the Colombian chapters of IEEE CAS, EMBS, CIS, and SPS, hosted at the University of Quindío in Armenia. The university served as the official venue and academic host for this triple-event conference, bringing together the best of academia, research, and technology across electronics, computer vision, artificial intelligence, and signal processing.

Throughout these three days, students, professors, researchers, and professionals from across Colombia and abroad — representing diverse universities and sectors — gathered for a space full of professors, technology showcases, and academic exchange.

The featured events included:

IEEE Colombian Conference on Applications of Computational Intelligence (COLCACI)

4th Colombian BioCAS Workshop

XXV International Symposium on Signal Processing, Imaging, and Computer Vision

A Stand Full of Curiosity and Exchange

Our Coffee Electronics stand, located beside the Euclides Jaramillo auditorium, became a lively space for dialogue and interaction.
Students, professors, engineers, speakers, and guests stopped by to learn more about our solutions — especially the eLABin1, which caught attention for its educational focus, compact design, and its ability to bring multiple ways of electronic measurement together in one device.

We had the chance to engage in deep technical discussions, answer high-level questions, and receive valuable feedback.
Several visitors noted that the eLABin1 would be an ideal tool for university laboratories, research centers, and educational environments — highlighting its potential to support both learning and innovation in electronics.

Full Team, Full Experience

This time, the full Coffee Electronics team based in Colombia was present in Armenia, enabling a warmer and more professional interaction with each visitor.

We are truly grateful to every member of our team for their energy, commitment, and attitude throughout the three-day event.

It was also rewarding to see conference speakers and professors visiting our stand, showing genuine interest in our work and discussing future collaboration possibilities.

Colombia’s Electronics Scene is On the Rise

These three days weren’t just about showcasing our work — they reminded us that electronics in Colombia is alive, evolving, and driven by passionate minds ready to shape the future.

We’ll keep moving forward with that same energy, bringing our solutions to new places where curiosity and engineering come together to create something meaningful.
